A custom interior project that transforms the strength of steel into form, balance, and character for a space devoted to the art of tattooing.
In the new Mastink Studio, designed by AItellier Castagna, the language of metal meets the precision of the graphic line. This project translates the identity of tattoo artistry through rigorous geometries and authentic materials, turning the environment into a visual and tactile experience.
Every element emerges from a dialogue between craftsmanship and contemporary design, where metal becomes an expressive medium shaping volumes and atmospheres with measured elegance.
Custom metal furniture for a cohesive visual identity
At the heart of the project is a glass partition with an ultra-slim steel frame and extra-clear glazing, defining functional zones while preserving visual continuity and natural light. The custom reception counter – featuring a porcelain-stoneware top with calamine-steel effects and a mesh-textured metal front – acts as the symbolic and operational core of the studio. The dark, deep finish of the metal enhances presence and stability, while the interplay with lighter surfaces creates a refined balance of materials and visual impressions.
The space is completed by a natural-steel bench with leather seating and two iconic pieces from the siderio collection: the 7X Table, reimagined as a work surface, and the Serafino Bookcase, customized to house tools, books, and decorative objects. Together, they establish a cohesive interior language that reflects the graphic essence and disciplined aesthetics of the tattoo world.

Every detail, from metal joints to surface textures, reveals a deep technical mastery and sensitivity to material.
